Drink
plenty of water. Not tea, not coffee, not fizzy drinks.
Water is best, to which you can add a squirt of lemon
juice. Replenish and rehydrate your physical body
with water.
Fill
out the Treatment Feedback Sheet.
Feel
no requirement to rush away. This is your time to
enjoy a retreat and chill out. You may even like to
take some time to reflect & jot down a few notes
of your own.
Avoid
heavy meals.
Drive
with extra care.
You
may want to spend time relaxing to integrate the session
into your total experience. Additionally, journaling
or spending time in nature will promote body-mind
integration. Try not to return right away to physical
efforts or mind-taxing activities. Indulge yourself
in calm.
Give
the treatment time to work. Do nothing extra. Postpone
bathing or showering for 2-6 hours.
