Examining Shapes in Image Maps:
This page tests
only the Client-side Image Map. However, you can combine support for both server-side and client-side image maps into one file, as is done in '
imagemapcombo.html'.
When the support is combined, the
browser typically overrides the server-side support with the improved client-side
style. This approach guarantees backward compatibility with older browsers.
